Christ Church’s tourist areas, like Dover Beach in St. Lawrence Gap, tend to skirt the coast. “The Gap” is the island’s main nightlife hub with its bars and restaurants. 10 chill out days in Barbados

Bean and Bagel is an excellent place for breakfast just a short walk from the hotel (turn left at the top of the little road. Just opposite is a white painted wooden building (Scottys) that does fantastic take away food at lunch time. It's all freshly cooked and is served in polystyrene containers so you can sit and eat there or take it back to the hotel. The average price for 2 meals inc. a drink was about $25(barbados)
