Ad only says free airport shuttle but doesn't tell you that they use a private on-call shuttle service; you must call the hotel to arrange for pick-up at airport. Car arrived within about 15 minutes. Earliest morning pick-up from hotel to airport is 6 a.m.

It's a Travel lodge. Our stay was only for 1 night. It was clean tidy & comfortable but nothing to write home about. We didn't use the breakfast bar. The room was comfortable & clean, but the only thing stopping anyone get into our room should they wish was a flimsy fly mesh around the window, which was loose. Pull it off, slide the window over & you were in. The pool was clean but the surrounds could do with a make over & there was a large skip type bin in use by the pool while we were there. For a couple of nights stop though I would use it again.

The hotel lines were down resulting in a two hour + wait at the airport for a ride to the hotel. This was not pleasant after an almost twenty-hour flight from overseas.

I stayed there for 2 nights. There was a lot of construction going on. The room where they kept the towels and stuff was very dirty. Sometimes the clean towels smelled. The first room we were given had stains all over the fridge and the carpet. The closet was also broken. We requested a change or room, that was done immediately. I was happy with the customer support, but the equipment and appliances were broken. There is no microwave in the rooms. The ironing board was broken in the new room, and had to be replaced. The hygiene conditions were also not that great, there were flies in our room. The hotel as such is in a good location, there's cool breeze blowing all the time. The shopping centers are very close by. The airport and the car rentals are also nearby. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there for more than 2 nights. We stayed out most of the time, so it was ok to just spend the night at the hotel.

Everything was great, for the cost I expected the hotel to actually be a little more run down but they've been rennovating it and it looks good. Their continental breakfast is more than just juice and danishes too.

The only interaction that I really had with the staff was upon check-in where we were informed that if we wanted a shuttle to LAX we would have to reserve one at that moment (as opposed to the next day) which was good to know! The hotel consisted of two buildings across the street from each other. Our room was across the street from the lobby and outdoor pool, and we were pleastanly surprised when we walked into a kitchenette room! It would have been a great place for 2 if we had been there for more that one night since it had a stove, full-size fridge, sink, cupboards, microwave and table! For the cost, I was surprised by the room extras!

I was nicely surprised after all the bad reviews I read. We stayed for one night only ( catching connecting flight the next morning). The room was clean and freshly paint, the bathroom looked updated and very clean as well. The only confusion is the shuttle to the hotel. They do hire an outside taxi services as we found out and you need to call the hotel the moment you are outside at the curb with your luggage. The breakfast basic also. I would like to end the review with a praise for the receptionist who kindly agreed to mail the Nintendo games my son forgot in the hotel room. We got them today via FedEx. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling for business or with connecting flights. It is next to the airport and yet not noisy at all.
