The hotel staff were very professional, but the hotel and the neighborhood were not the best by far.

national city isn't the nicest place to stay, but i felt safe at this hotel. nice black granite counter tops and shower, clean floors. beds are 'pillow top' but extremely firm. the lady at the counter let us check in a couple hours early, pretty friendly. the place is better than okay, but nothing special.

Very nice, clean hotel in a relatively quiet part of San Diego. Front desk staff was particularly helpful assisting us in finding a restaurant for dinner.

Exceeded my expectations for this type of hotel. It has clearly been recently remodeled. Nice bedding and towels. Nice continental breakfast in the morning (hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice and make-your-own-waffles). Conveniently located near the Coors Amphitheatre in Chula Vista (about 9 miles down the freeway). Definitely a good value.
