I've always enjoyed staying at Doubletree Hotels in the past. I will never stay at this one again. Sent to the wrong room (twice), assigned new room with no Audio from Television and no working Internet Access. In fairness, they comped Parking and a Movie, but only after complaining about the poor response to earlier problems.

The hotel was immaculate - appeared to be newly redecorated/painted. The staff were friendly and professional - everyone we had contact with was great. Very quiet hotel....worth every penny.

In Old Town, there is a restaurant named O'Hungrys. Fantastic food!! Great location. A must experience.

We were satisfied with our stay. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable and the complimentary cookies were warm and tasty. We did have a minor problem with the bathroom sink stop; it didn't work. And, the water pressure to the shower was weak in my opinion.

We chose this hotel because it's close to our friends' hotel in hotel circle south and we liked the doubletree we stayed in before. I read the reviews before I booked it, and noticed that some reviews mentioned about bathroom having molds. So I specifically requested for a very clean room with clean bath (one without molds) when I booked the room. But the room we got were still not very clean (especially the bath room). And the the snack fridge were so loud that it kept interrupting my sleep. I won't stay in the same hotel again unless I don't have much choice.

We had five rooms. They were really comfortable, roomy and clean. However, two of them had problems with the heat/air conditioning. They did respond immediately when we called the front desk about it. But they had to bring in a portable heater for one of them because they could not get the heat to work.

Overall we were impressed with the Doubletree. The only slight problem was that we arrived from the airport at 9.30pm and there was no food available. Another night the restaurant closed early without warning. When we did eventually eat there the food was good. So generally good but don't rely on it for food !!

should not charge ur customers for parking.. charge for the cookies or use of gym instead :) doesnt it all sound ridicules? dislike hidden costs :(
