The diner on site was very convenient, you can even order food to have breakfast in bed!

I may have the same hotel when I come next time. Because it's Cheap but clean and seems recently renovated.

The rooms were just as described and pictured - exceeded my expectations for the price. We had a family reunion here - an inexpensive place to stay with free parking and internet access. Rooms were very nice, clean and seemed to be recently updated. There is no lobby and the check in desk offers few amenities, but the staff can arrange tours and airport shuttles. There was a bonus rooftop deck for those staying in the hotel and an on-site restaurant. Lots of very good and reasonable restaurants within walking distance.

The location and condition of the hotel were perfect for the price. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Marina and throughout the city. We took BART from the airport and a cab to the hotel, and walked everywhere else. It was quiet enough and when we lost hot water, it was fixed by the time we returned. I would definitely return to this hotel as well as recommend it to my friends and family.

I was very pleased with the amenities of the room and the convenience of the location to places I wanted to visit. the staff at reception in the afternoon was quite warm and helpful

The hotel outside seems not good but the room is ok, however I don't think the room is very clear since I am allergic to dust and my allergic rhinitis broke out when I entered my room. However, this hotel is near one of the cable car stop, so it is convenient for visitors.

The hotel is pretty nice... we had to wait about an hour in line to check in because there was only one guy at the desk and you could tell people were getting frustrated. We ended up having to request another room because our first room had a strange powder on the wall by the head of the bed which the front desk would not explain and due to the fact that we once had a bad experience in San Fran with a hotel room having bed bugs we always check everything now. Once they gave us a new room we were quite content. Watch out for parking though... now I know why it's free. The parking garage is very very small. Be extremely careful when backing out because I witnessed several people backing into walls and other cars and ultimately went down and checked on my car a good number of times throughout the day and night just making sure no one had hit it. Also... if you check in late and are expecting free parking, be prepared to double park!

If you want a cheap hotel this is okey but it is not good with the kids. We ask for non smoking but the room is stink. We can't sleep at night.

Outside looks shabby, inside of rooms are very nice. We had a flat screen tv. However, the underground lot has VERY TIGHT spaces so we were forced to squeeze in between two cars. Come to find out when we leave, the drive side door had been repeatedly hit with another car door, AND HAD BEEN KEYED. Sweet.
