As I family, we like Boutique Hotel, so we loved the hotel and location is great. However, if you are looking for typical family hotel, this is not your hotel. We stay in loft suite and room was more than enough for us.

Do the GoCarts. It was fun and took us to places in the city we would have never gone. Rent it for 3 hours.

If you want the best breakfast in the city, go two blocks down towards Union Square and go to Sears Fine Foods, now dont let the name throw you or the line out front(moves really fast) They have the best Swedish pancakes in the city, trust me I hate breakfast but loved this palce.

modern elegance meets a touch of artistic fun: from the moment you step into the lobby it's like walking into a modern-day version of alice in wonderland in clean, cool mixes of grey and purple with rich reds and gold. very sophisticated yet welcoming. every corner you turn there seems to be some unique object of interest. the lounge - although a great time and truly beautiful - can be obnoxious if you are not looking for a club scene (bottle service and reservation-only tables) after hours, but we enjoyed our pricey cocktails and people-watching before the scene started up at our own table which was warm and comfortable. the staff is extremely focused on making sure that hotel guests come first and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. our room was simple luxury in cream, lavender and bright orange - very calm, serene and refreshing. the room was small, but did not feel that way because of an ingenious use of curtains and mirrors - instead the room felt bright and open. great job at maximizing space. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful all around.

Small old rooms, small bathroom. The room was fine but it was more like a 3 star hotel.
