This hotel was extremely convenient to the Wharf and Ghiradelli Square. We enjoyed the room, although the view of the parking garage next door left something to be desired, especially with all the bright lights. Staff was excellent, and also enjoyed the park 2 blocks away on the water.

Impressed with the free internet access. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Conceirge is very good in welcoming us by giving us maps and welcome pack on SFO. HOtel reception is helpful and staff is friendly. Overall, plesant stay there. Accessible walking distance. Suggestion : Pls have a fridge in the hotel room or provide complimentary breakfast. It will be lovely to wake up and don't have to search for places to eat.

This is a classic hotel, with a good service. Ideally located, minutes from all commodities (including cable car, buses, and light rail) and the Fisherman's Wharf. The air conditioning was very loud, and so was the street traffic. Windows did not close very well, but all in all, it was quite noisy but still ok. Internet access was free and fast.

Went here on the 4th of July with other friends. Had a ok experience checking in, but the overall experience was great. I would go back again anytime and stay here. Perhaps the best part is that the location is excellent. Its right on Jefferson and has wonderful access to every place including the beach, Piers, restaraunts, etc.

Being a long time Marriott rewards member and spending much time in Marriott's around the world, this Marriott was a little disappointing. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay, which led to delayed lines and waits at the elevator. on top of the elevator issue, they locked all the doors to the stairwell entrances, which forced you to use the elevators. House keeping did not clean my room after the first night. Had to place a call to get someone to clean my room. Parking and breakfast prices were too inflated, and quality of the food was not that great. The people at the front desk and restaurant were nice.

We stayed at the Marriott for two days over the 4th of July weekend. They actually let us check in early at 10:30 am as they were not full the night before. The room was very comfortable, a decent size, and the beds were made with luxurious bedding. The best part of this hotel is the location. We did not use our car the entire time we were there as everything is so close by. The only thing that was a hinderance was one of the two elevators was down the entire time we were there. So we ended up doing four flights of stairs rather than wait for the elevator that was always busy.

Everything was good but I wish we had a better view from our room. Be sure to ask if it's important to you. All we could see was the wall of a parking garage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was perfect for my mom and my mothers day weekend in San Francisco. The location was literally a block from Fisherman's Wharf and tons of souvenier shops. Also we were about 2 blocks from the cable car turnaround. The hotel staff was very very friendly and very accomodating with helping us make reservations for tours and trips in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit San Francisco as a tourist. Oh and if you're a baseball fan, definitely take in a Giants game if they're at home.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Concierge was excellent. Restaurant staff incredibly good with kids. Convenient parking. Good tourist location. Some noise issues with people jumping in the room above us. Decent size room for 2 adults and 2 kids.
