This hotel is located in downtown San Francisco, just in front of bus and street car stop. To be honest, it is not new and gorgeous, but clean and comfortable enough to enjoy your leisure in SF.

Excellent value for San Francisco, very good rate, my room was confortable and clean, and helpful staff. I will return to the Edwardian hotel whenever I have a chance. I definitely recomand it.

I had a confortable stay. My room was very clean, nicely decorated. At check in the front desk clerk upgraded our room to a deluxe room without any extra charge after we told him it was our anniversary. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay, I think it is a good value. I really recomand this small european style hotel.

I think I got the best deal available in San Francisco. The hotel has a lot of charm, when I check in I did not know what to expect, based on the low rate I paid online. But I was pleasantly surprised with the good service, the cozy and clean room I had. The only drawback, the lobby is small and there is no parking on permises, but there is an unloading zone behind the hotel. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks No need for a car if you are staying in the city, it is a good location for public transportation

This is an Edwardian style small hotel of great charecter. It`s authentically historical, and the interior is orignal. Rooms are small, but very clean. It does smell of furniture polish, but that adds to the atmosphere. The reception staff are outstanding and very helpful. Indeed, you would be hard pressed to find better. The hotel is very convenient for all the bus, tram and public transport services. The nearest BART ( metro ) is a five minuite walk. The hotel also offers a cheap and dependable shutter to the airport. The hotel is good value and I would stay there again.

Here are the let downs: a) Very yucky room ( room no. 19) b) The carpet is bad and did not want to put my feel on it without my shoes c) There is no plug point to charge my computer/ phone etc d) Sheets are bad e) worst of all there is no restroom inside the room!!! there is a shared toilet outside at the end of the corridor and that too does not seem to have a lock!! f) This place did not have any AC (or at least a working AC). You can get a table fan though... g) no parking avbl. (anyway this was expected as this is downtown SFO). Worst room i have got in my life!!! NEVER GO THERE!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Edwardian hotel. It starts with the good rate I got online, the room was cozy clean and quiet, helpful staff. I can't wait to go back to the Edwardian hotel, I recomand it.

Bad service. Staff acted irratated when you asked for anything. Area is full of crackheads.
