This hotel was comfortable and clean with friendly front desk service and excellent location for all you would want to see in San Francisco. Only reservation was that outlook from the room was grim, looking over service areas and building work. But we weren't there to spend time in the the room, so no problem.

Lovely lobby and great location. Room was comfortable but not huge and overlooked a brick wall! Great location and only a few minutes walk from the tram terminal.

"Best room in the house"by D from Surrey
an already gorgeous looking hotel was improved upon by being upgraded to the owners suite due to over booking, and what a suite it was! On the whole the hotel has fantastic services and the only downside was the amount of street level noise (ie garbage collection lorries emptying at 3am!!) Friendly staff and ideal location for sight seeing.

Building work currently being undertaken but the disruption was minimal. Not really suited to families due to the size of the rooms but great location. It was our second stay & I would return.
