Good experiences at check-in and throughout the stay. No problems with the room or other hotel services. Location is convenient for downtown business, shopping, dining and transit access.

The hotel is conveniently located in the financial district and Chinatown with nice and clean room with free internet access. They have nice meeting rooms at reasonable rates. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We asked for recommendation for places for Dim Sum in the Chinatown. They friendly staff gave us detailed directions and we were very happy with their recommendation.

Nice, clean hotel located in the financial district of SF. Next door to China Town and lots of good food in the area. Staff was polite and helpful.

This would have been a 5 star review except the toilet seat would not stay up. Fine if you are female, not so fine if you are male. One had to hold it up. Pleasant room service staff, nice appointments.

A great hotel in a perfect location for tourists in San Francisco. Just steps away from Chinatown,North Beach and the Financial District.

wifi in room did not work both nights I was there so had to do any work from the lobby. While using laptop in the lobby several others asked if the wifi was working, apparently wasn't working in their room either. Showerhead was way too low, I am average height but had to duck down when showering. The walls were so thin I could hear everything that was going on in the room next to me, including waking up at 5am to hear the neighbors. Finally, the breakfast buffe was terrible.
