This Hotel was impressive by mixing with a stylish design and foreign cultural together. It is in great location for downtown visit, and the quality of the services was excellent. The interior design was great and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay. PS: I like the body lotion very much.

I was there for 4 nights with family, hotel is in a great area, very central, was very quiet, and clean, would definitely stay here again

the mall next door has some neat shops, but some don't open until 11am. get familiar with the transit system. buses are cheap and easy to use, even for those of us who aren't used to public transportation.

you have to pay for parking if you want your car in Hotel lot. We found on street parking available ever night without a problem.

During our first night we were put in a room which was located off the main road. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. The people in the room next door were awake until 4am smoking weed and this made our first night's stay appauling. After complaining to the staff we were moved to a so called suite room which did not have any air conditioning and was v poor. The bed was air inflatable and turned out to be a floppy mess! Overall the hotel was shabby and the staff could not speak clear English.

Very nice hotel, we got into SF very late and there was no trouble checking in. I also loved the facts about Japanese culture that you could find throughout the room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SF. I have stayed in many hotels in the area and this one is by far the nicest.

WLAN was down most of the time A/C did not work (until I got another room) Very few TV channels (no CNN!) Key cards had to be remagnetized every other day

Instead of using the hotel's valet parking, park just down the street at the Japan Center lot, which actually connects directly to the hotel.
