Central location

Accommodation was clean and tidy although the hotel could be noisy at night. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Comfort fine - noise bad

In terms of value, for the price this is a very good hotel – the rooms are a good size, and all the necessary amenities are present (though as an English visitor, I was disappointed only coffee was available in the room and no choice of tea). Good location too – central to the shopping district, though perhaps towards the seedier end of town. But the downside is that it seems like the walls are made of paper – EVERY noise in the vicinity sounds like it's being made in your room, so you need to be lucky in terms of noisy neighbours (I wasn't). Ear plugs an absolute must.

Not the Best in San Francisco

Not the best hotel, services and rooms are ok but its really noisy all night, it has a good location
