Good mid range hotel although price is creeping up over the last time I stayed there. Comfortable, convenient, clean. Friendly service and love the wine tasting every day. The quality of the wine would be a little better, but what can you expect for free. Also, would love to get the Golf Channel on the TV. Minor complaints for a good hotel

Although the room and bathroom were a little cramped, and some of the common areas are in need of a little upkeep, the decoration, atmosphere and staff friendliness, more than compensated for the short comings. The location couldn't be better. Would definitely recommend and go back ourselves.

Everything was great. Only problem was trying to get a rental car from City Rental through the hotel. City Rental was totally incompetent, not the hotel's fault though. Ended up getting car from Hertz.

Arrived after early morning flight and was provided with quiet deluxe queen room on upper floor immediately. Staff - front desk and housekeeping - warm and amiable while serving their clients. Spacious room, comfy bed and loved the Aveda products. Some may find shower small; noticed bathroom door opened very close to toilet. I noticed this area has gone upscale compared to places west of Union Square; lots of posh shops south of hotel. Would return happily.

Very funky hotel ... great features in the room, & a great location. it's just a shame that the wireless internet as promised was a very weak signal & that the room smelt funny.
