see all hotels in Union Square - Convention Center"Quick response"by D from Hong Kong
I arrived the hotel at around 1450 hrs on a Saturday and the check in time is 1500. There was a long queue waiting already but only one reception counter was open. I thought it might take me at least 20 minutes to get a room. But in about 3 minutes, other staff might have noticed the long queue and three other reception counters were opened. It only took me 5 minutes to get the room from the point I entered the hotel. This was very good for long haul travelers who spent 12 hours on the plane.
"would love to go back again and again and again"by m from n. ireland
Hotel is quite central, to union square etc, Breakfast is quite expensive but food, presentation service excellent. Concierge is most helpful and all tours are available on a pick up basis from the hotel. Rooms are fabulous and beds are so comfortable, We really enjoyed our stay.
"Ok but expected more generally as we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary"by c from London
Hotel is generally very nice with fair sized rooms comfortable beds and helpful staff. We were expecting a little more as they were aware we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. We had a neighbour with a barking dog and the pool was small and overcrowded so we were unable to take advantage of all facilities available.

Well appointed, very comfortable, helpful and efficient staff, located within minutes of central San Francisco...what more can you want?
"The perfect hotel for Frisco!"by M from Northern Ireland
We did not want to stay in a hotel at the Wharf and chose this hotel uptown and were not disappointed. We were on the 21st floor and the views were amazing, rooms spotless with fantastic beds and linen. The staff were exceptionally helpful especially the concierge desk. It is ideally located near Union Square for buses and Cable cars to anywhere in the city. You can eat in if you wish but staff don't mind the pizza delivery from across the street! For the shopaholics the main shopping mall with all the US designer shops is 2 minutes away! The only note of warning not mentioned on the website was the whopping $46 dollars per day carparking charge! Thanks to a very honest valet we were directed to a public facility 1 block away which was the going rate of $20-30 dollars per day which we used and was very secure. All in all a superb hotel especially if you don't have a car.
