The hotel offers good service and very nice location. The staff is very friendly as well. The only problem we faced was due to loud guests in the near-by room. The hotel staff could not shut them up.

Very nice hotel located within walking distance to Union Square. Our room was beuatiful and very clean. Im very picky about the cleanliness and it passed my standards. I would definitely stay here again. The one and only downfall was the uncomfortable couch in our room. It wasn't a huge problem becuase we weren't there very much, but if you plan on relaxing, lay on the bed instead. The couch looks nice, but that's about it. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to stay. Alex at the concierge desk was so friendly and helpful!! We would definitely go back!

The hotel was very modern with great views of the Bay. It was located near the Embarcadero Shopping Arcade which was convenient, as well as the world-famous SF Farmer's Market on the weekends which was a treat. Only critique was the parking valet service which was very slow, especially on the day of check-out, but other than that, this was a wonderful hotel and we plan to return again.

The minute we arrived the staff was very attentive. They went out of their way to help us in every way the could. Our room was beautiful and the hotels location was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was wonderful! The location was perfect, we were only a 5 minute walk from Union Square and just a few steps from the embarcadero. The only downside was the parking which is run by a different entity than the hotel. We waited 45 minutes two days in a row for our car to brought up. The hotel to their credit took the charge of the parking off of our room charge and sent us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. We couldn't have asked for more

Quiet area after banks close for the day. Located close to Ferry Building. Hotel property is clean and comforatble. Rooms are well insulated, so quiet. Apppointments & furniture nice quality. Television system is too complicated. Room sizes are above average. I did not taste any food here. Parking costs more than $50 per night. The car should get a little chocolate on a pillow, too.

The hotel was very nice, although a bit on the expensive side for my tastes. It was, however, very close to where my class was being held. The staff was efficient and pleasant.

We had a nice corner room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We made the mistake of ordering the Truffle Pomme Frites, and both ended up very sick. They taste excellent, but we both got physcially sick to our stomach. Aside from that incident, the overall hotel experience was a good one.

What an incredible hotel (and sshhhh, don't tell them but Expedia gave us an unbelievable rate). Don't miss the intimate "bar" in the lobby where you get the best service in the world. The Concierge even sent a FAX for us. Perfect location. Grade of A plus plus all the way!

Hotel is nice but parking is a problem and expensive. There is no coffee maker in the room and they charge $1 for a toothbrush
