The hotel was close to Fisherman's Wharf and Union Street. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's garage was full, but on the weekend we had no trouble finding street parking nearby.

The front desk guy was great, helpful with directions, parking and extremely nice. The room was awesome, minus a window with a view. The noise throughout the night was tough to sleep through along with people constantly checking to see if our romm was locked....Not so great. If the employees at this hotel were at another location, I would stay there everytime, as for a revisit,,,,,I think we'll look elsewhere..

I had a problem in the room, instilled of taken care of the problem themself. I was advised to take care of it myself. After a long day of site seeing, I was not in the mood to "Unclog the toliet". Requested extra towels, they never came. complained about noisy neigbors, and nothing was done. Every unhappy!

the parking lot is too narrow for the , is today type of car we have. there are no elavators, arriving with lugage is not a happy thing. the rooms are to noise, due to there are no door clossing the aisle that conect to the street and Lombard is a very heavy traffic av. the cover sheet are not 100% cotton, resting in polyester makes me loose my dreams.

The pictures made the room and breakfast area look much bigger. The breakfast area is a counter in the small check-in area. I couldn't figure out why everyone kept slamming doors until I had to slam mine to get it to close. It's the only way with the lock design. I felt the room was very nice and clean for the price.

The reception staff were very helpfull. I would only recommend this if someone wanted a cheap hotel. I was a little disapointed with the cleanliness.
