see all hotels in Union Square - Convention Center"Patient Reception Staff"by L from Scotland
Firstly, Villa Florence is in a great location just south of Union Square. Unfortunately, our rooms weren't ready when we checked in at 1600 (although reception didn't know this, we found out when we entered our rooms). This was quickly sorted out to be fair. Unfortunately, my room didn't have a safe so I changed the following day. My new room didn't have any wireless signal so I switched again to a room where all was well. The small bar was fine however I wasn't too impressed with the onsite restaurant. The food wasn't that good and was quite pricey. There is no room service at this hotel and the only information you get about the place is a piece of A4 with little information - no typical pack detailing the services they provide. It was a pleasant stay, don't get me wrong, but with a little extra work it could be a great place given the price of the rooms.
"The best nights sleep for the whole trip!"by E from Lichfield
You cant beat the location of this hotel. It clean, comfy and was easily the best nights sleep we had had in a fortnight. We only spent the final night of our holiday here and it was fine, if not a touch expensive. We found it a little impersonal to be honest but its clean and quiet and worth a stay.
"Extreme comfort guaranteed after a long journey"by M from London
After a long flight from London we thought that we would have the hard task of hunting for our hotel in the heart of San Francisco - how pleased we were to find the hotel within a few minutes of getting off the BART! Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite straight away which was a much welcome and needed surprise!! The hotel couldn't have helped us with our needs more, extremely friendly and very informative. Would definately recommend staying at this hotel, very central for everything and with it being mere yards away from Union Square - what more could you ask for!
