A SoMa favorite of foodies, XYZ offers a a changing selection that includes a chef’s tasting menu, and main courses made with regional ingredients. These might include hominy cakes with tomato salsa and creme fraiche, oven-roasted Fulton Valley chicken, spring greens ravioli, or fennel-cured beef tenderloin. Décor includes soaring ceilings, plush booths, and portholes of colored glass along one wall.
