If dining at the buffet get there early as it is very popular. And get good directions to find the hotel.

Great hotel - a bit slow with the service, but nice room and comfy beds - the casino ate a lot of money though.

This was a last minute trip to Edmonton and for the money this hotel seemed to be the best value for type of hotel. We were very impressed. We made special requests due to our special needs child and they accomodated all of them. The beds were super comfy and the linens were nice and soft. We would definitely recommend this hotel and go back.

Very, very comfortable room -- clean, welcoming. The bedding was high quality, soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed. The staff were courteous, helpful and warm. In short, everything you could wish for in a hotel - top marks!!!

We have four daughters and our oldest just had her reception at the River Cree. The staff was friendly and the service was great. The highlight though was the food at the buffet that night and the next morning for breakfast. Fantastic! Our hats are off to the chef.

Everything is clean and new. There is a Casino right on the location. Very convenient location and lose to the Edmonton Western Mall.

Excellent hotel. staff very friendly, room immaculate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be staying here every time I stay in Edmonton. Marriott hotels, what a class chain.

This hotel was fabulous and I would recommend it to anyone going to Edmonton. The only complaint I have is that there were VERY LOUD guests up and down the hallway until about 4am. I didn't complain to the front desk as I figured they would be gone by the time security got up there. When I mentioned it the next day they were extremely apologetic and wished that I had called the front desk as they would have had someone up on our floor immediately. Lesson learned: Don't take a room by the elevator! Great hotel, one of the most comfortable and clean I have stayed in in a while!
