When we arrived, we were missing hand towels and face cloths and there were nail clippings in the bathtub. These things were quickly and effectively rectified and the remainder of our stay was trouble free. There is Smitty's on site that provides room service and the food and service was good. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable. I would most likely stay there again.

Wow - what a disappointment for an International Hotel chain. The rooms were poorly insulated for noise. The room was dirty and dusty - carpets not cleaned - bed sheets not pressed, and appeared unclean. No hot water for the shower. The main feature(waterpark)of the hotel was poorly maintained and the pool was cold due to repairs.

Overall; just a good, plain room and hotel. Smitty's restaurant downstairs is excellent for kids meals and breakfast.

My daughter and I stayed three nights in late November. The room was extremely warm when we entered. I turned the thermostat down but this had no effect. I then called the front desk and asked for help. I was told that there was a problem with the heat and to open the door to the balcony a little to keep the room cool and hopefully the problem would be fixed for the next day. It wasn't and we had to sleep with the balcony door opened for all three nights (luckily we were on the third floor). I would not recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights, and we had a blast. We got a kick out of the water slides, and it seemed like all the little children who were there did as well. The staff are nice and friendly. Our floor looks like it had just been recently renovated. The hallways looked nicer than some of the lower floors. Overall, fantastic experience and we would definitely go back!

Room maintenance required. Floor tile in bathroom requires caulking at edges and tile baseboard missing. Carpet requires to be stretched. Large gap under hallway door. Doors to hallway need to be pulled to close. Made for a noisy night from hallway noise.
