more than what we expected, very helpful staff, the bed were very comfortable, good breakfast, excellent value, only inconvenience was being a long walk to the metro station.

Can't complain at all about comfort or cleanliness; however, we were surprised that the hotel didn't have a safe in the rooms, nor did they have a safe for guests in the reception area. No assitance available with luggage (they only had carts for the guests to use themselves) -surprising for a hotel of this category. No coffee shop or restaurant on the premises - just continental breakfast.

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel and were very impressed with the level of service. The hotel was clean, the staff was great and helpful, and the hotel was a pleasant place to stay. 10 minute walk to the trainstation. Close to all the shopping areas and restaurants. Almost everyone spoke English or Spanish, which was a great help...

Hotel is right off the highway and in the heart of Laval's shopping district. Many good resturants all within walking distance plus 24 hr Mcdonalds next door for late night munchies.Montreal is only twenty minutes by car or subway. Wak to subway is a little far but there is free parking at the metro if you use your car.Hotel staff all were pleasant and friendly.would definitely use this hotel again.

It's a very beautiful establishment. The beds are extremely comfortable, the room is clean. If you're looking for somewhere close to all the tourist attactions, it's not the right choice. The breakfast staff were a little rude, they didn't let a guest take an apple just because the breakfast period was over. This hotel is right in the middle of a lot of businesses. Don't be fooled by the pool pictures. It's very small.

This is the hotel I prefer by far. The rooms are clean and the bedding is the most comfortable I have ever encountered. I always get a good night sleep at this hotel, which says a lot because normally I don't sleep very well when I'm away. I stayed in many hotels, in many different cities, and this is the best in my opinion. CYB

The overall Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great location in Laval. Refreshing breakfast. Except for our room 134 it had a terrible mildew smell possible from the shower curtains or a mop used in washing the bathroom floor. It also had lots of stains in the carpet. Lighting inside the room was a tad dim for my vision. Otherwise, good value...
