Great location. Easy to find and a short walk to the waterfront and the Old City. Only complaint is that when we checked in, they advised us that there was continental breakfast the next morning but there was nothing available we inquired. When another fellow guest asked, he was advised that they changed it and was not serving it that week.

Though it's a bit of a walk to the vieux quartier, the hotel was lovely, very modern/contemporary and worth the effort. Complimentary espresso/cappucino machine in the lobby was a great plus.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights July 21st to 24th and found the room comfortable, clean and simply decorated. The lobby could use some flowers or art to warm it up and make it more welcoming as is is very austere. The location of the hotel is good, the local neighborhood up and coming, some interesting shops are close by. The 10 minute walk to the old city is fine. We had a wonderful time in Quebec City and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Was a little hesitant to stay at the hotel based on reviews read, however from point of check in to check an extremely pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again and would refer to family and friends....

It was a busy week in Quebec City (400 Anv.). This hotel was new and about a 20 min. stroll to old Quebec. It would have been nice to stay in the old town but if you have to stay little out of downtown this is the place.
