sumemr time is the best time to visit this area. filled with excitement and energy. there always FESTIVALS be prepared to WALK and WALK and walk. The little ones will enjoy the street performaces. museo et civilite is a great placce to visit. great activities for kids.!

Very satisfied with the hotel. Good location, very close to the city and its attractions. Proximity to the bus 400 makes it easy to get to Quebec city without a car for just 2$/day.

When we arrived, my wife and I were greeted by very professional staff. The room was clean and very pleasing to the eye. Functionally though, there's only one towel bar & no other place to dry another towel and the bathroom door is opaque, which I found rather annoying. There's only one chair that's reasonable to watch the TV from. The room is quit small for two, though would be just fine for one. I haven't yet had an opportunity to sample the dinner menu, but breakfast was horrible. Some food was undercooked, other food seemed as though it was cooked a week prior and the juice came in a shot glass. The service in the restaurant was good, though the waiters could clean themselves up a little. I didn't expect to see three days growth on a waiter in such a nice hotel. All in all, for the area, the prices are reasonable. But it seems the hotel is trying to be something it's not and it just ends up feeling stuffy and stuck-up instead of high class and comfortable.

There is a shuttle bus that goes downtown. The rooms are very neat.

I found street parking at night. If you park a little further from the clubs and don't mind a short walk, you'll save money on parking.

The staff was very nice, very professionnel and helpful to get around Quebec City. Rooms are nice and clean and beds are very nice. So I recommend this hotel but it is nice for people who have car because it's out of the city. There is a service bus to go to the city. It is just besides a tourist information. It's more convenient if you have a car and there is a car park

I recommend the hotel restaurant, Galopin for Sunday brunch and the nearby Maison du Spaghetti for dinner.

Plain room, but clean and well soundproofed. My only complaint is that the parking lot was very icy. No excuse for this and I mentioned this at the desk. All employees were pleasant and helpful. They said that they didn't know why the parking area hadn't been de-iced properly, but they agreed.
