-Very good hotel. -I will come back to it next time. -I appreciate if they can provide mini-bar at the rooms as a basic service. -Everything else is very good.

If you dont want to be downtown Toronto and want a safe hotel good for a family vacation, this is you're hotel. Easy access from the freeway. Service was excellent. The one ting that was not so negative is that the pool contains only about 60 guests. Better get to the pool before the rush or the line-up could be a long wait. But the wait was worth wild because of the water slide. Will stay there again.

We traveled with our dog and the hotel was most accommodating. I would recommend the hotel for any pet traveller.

Cozy, nice and clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and professional front desk service. The only improvement I would recommend is removing spots from carpets in the room. Otherwise, it felt like home away from home. We'll definitely go back!

The rooms were clean and well maintained, but I had some problems with the elevators. Being on the 7th floor and wanting to get to the lobby at 6am is not the best time to be forced to use the stairs. Especially with the stairs being kinda dingy and covered with a bag of nuts that someone had thrown all over. The restaurants were overpriced. I had an overpriced buffet that was cold and unappetizing and a beef dip sandwich that was sopping wet.

Front rotating door frustrating to get through with baggage. Front Desk Service Excellent. High end room had badly stained carpet, lacked splendor of a new Hotel. Disappointing given the age of the Hotel. Basic Room from a previous stay had more character and a great view of the pool area with a beautiful balcony. Pool and water slides looked like great fun for kids. Dissapointed in the extra cost for parking.

Very professional staff. A pleasure to stay here. Like being on the 401 for ease of access to main routes: not too noisy, but it is on a highway, so some traffic noise expected.
