Hotel food is expensive and Tallinn has a distinct lack of snack food or sandwich bars.

Great location & the spa is fantastic - especially after a day of sightseeing! The hotel has everything you'd expect from this class of establishment. Breakfast was also good. The only negitive point is the standard of housekeeping as the room wasnt really cleaned to a high standard.

Very nice hotel and the children really enjoy the pool. This time, the room that we received was very cramped with the two extra beds in and the glass "wall" for the bathroom was interesting.

Dont be tempted to buy 1 of the chocolate croissant look-a-likes in the many cafes of the old town. They turned out to be cabbage & mushroom pastries.

would recommend the ice bar and attached italian restaurant in the old town as well as african restaurant on the corner (5 minute walk from hotel).

DO NOT GET STUNG ON A TAXI FARE! Taxis... most of them are on a meter but beware, the fare per Kilometre and the starting rate varies from cab to cab. So check the rate on the yellow sticker on the passenger window, do not get in to the first one you see. We did and got stung severely the first time. Pay around 35 to 50 per kilometre and you will do alright.

Best to book a massage before you leave as it gets very booked up. Agree the price with taxi driver before leaving or make sure he turns the meter on!
