The Grill Room on Las Olas - Formal dining in intimate room, with dinner-jacketed staff. Serves dinner only. Menu features sumptuous choices such as beluga caviar, vol-au-vent escargot, lobster bisque, prime-grade steaks, lobster, and specialties such as yellowfin tuna with foie gras. 400-bottle wine list. Open daily.
Indigo Restaurant - Inventive seafood specialties, such as Grilled Miso Salmon Filet, Sautéed Yellow Tail Snapper, Blue Corn-Crusted Florida Snapper Sandwich. Steaks including Grilled Filet Mignon. Wonderful hotel. Everything excellent. Perfect location. Just wished we had more nights there. Booked it pre-cruise, so only had one night. Food good in hotel, had dinner and breakfast, unusual for us as we normally do not eat in hotels.

"Wow what a place"by K from Ireland
Fontainebleu is something special, great rooms, amazing bar, wonderful pool area and the best gym in the world. It is also seriously expensive so be prepared to pay a lot more than just the room charge.
