I was completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the warm welcome on my arrival to the grateful thank yous when leaving, every staff member I had contact with was polite and seemed to care about my stay. My room was clean. What more could you want.

Booked this hotel to be close to the airport. They provided me with prompt pickup and dropoff the next day. Small property but very convenienct and clean. Nice pool area. For business travelers or those looking for overnight accommodations when passing through the Miami area, this property was a real steal for the price. I'll definately stay again and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Well maintained property, it was quiet, clean room and bed, good parking facility, close to many attractions and restaurants. It would be a complete perfect experience if the front desk people would be a little more nicer and welcomed me with a smile. Also do your search for attractions or restaurants beforehand because they are not informative. Either way all I wanted was a clean comfortable place to sleep and the hotel provided that.

The cave was an excellent resturant. Right on the water in deerfield beach florida.

The shuttle service was wonderful, but the hotel is not very clean and is located in a bad area. I stayed at the hotel for the shuttle service from the aiport, and for the service to the Port of Miami. The hotel staff was friendly, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is in a bad part of town. Surrounded by a seven foot security fence with security guards constantly out and about. Room was not clean. Bed was in serious need of replacement. Toilet leaked. Paint on walls was flaking off in large areas. The "closet" smelled of urine. The so-called free shuttle service to the pier for cruisers is limited to four trips with a maximum of 10-15 people per trip. More than 100 people had already signed up by the time we checked in so we had to take a taxi the next morning. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is a peak time of trav el in miami. Not a good time to try & save cash. When making reservations on-line,pay close attention to the ad's displayed.

ditto others; room smelled like bleach; a/c loud, airport noise loud, NO COFFEE OR BREAKFAST and very smoky bar. Parking way insufficient. Would never book there again!
