The second we arrived we had trouble with service. We had spent the day traveling with only tiny snacks to hold us over, so we were starving. To our dismay, we arrived only 15 minutes before the hotel restaurant closed. We sat at a table, for those 15 minutes without a waiter seeing us, so the kitchen was closed. We then headed to our room and ordered room service which they said would take 35 min, but didn't come for an hour and a half. When we complained the concierge said he would comp the meal, but he didn't put it in the system. So the next morning, I had to explain the whole thing again. Otherwise it was fine, but that was quite a frustrating experience.

Do try the deli and the salad bar three blocks away from the hotel. We ate breakfast and dinner at these places and really enjoyed the food and the hosptility. and the food was very good. i do plan to go there on my next visit.

The hotel is nice but is located in a seedy area in downtown Miami. At night, every street corner near the hotel contains people peddling things that we were not interested in. There is no parking around the hotel. The only parking is an adjoining parking lot that costs $25.00 per day at a minimum (assuming you don't leave and come back).

Rooms were not as clean as one would expect from a Hilton hotel. People at the desk were very unfriendly and rude when asked a question. Not helpful in finding restaurants in the area. Stayed there on 2 separate occasions

Great view from 15th floor room and a very comfortable bed (king). Breakfast not included, was a bit pricey but lots to choose from. Bellhop service for luggage was extremely efficient and a very funny person who told great jokes. Wish we had had more than one night there.

Good deal for the price. The hotel is just renovated, very clean and the staff were very helpful. we were close to bus, subway/mover, and walking distance to some stuff.

To save a few $$ on travelling around there's this "train" called the Metro Mover" it's a free transportation train used by both locals & foreigners, clean as can be expected & it takes you to various spots in Miami e.g. Bayside Market Place and Downtown. Just ask the conceirge about it. It's Located just around the corner from the hotel.
