"will be returning"
I have stayed at this hotel before when it was the Grosvenor, I had no complaints then and would still recommend this hotel. Downtown Disney right on your doorstep. Disney buses to park, onsite mini cafe/shop open 24hrs with nearly everything you would require to eat. The pools are great for kids and adults and were kept very clean. We had a room in the annex which was suitable for us as my husband is a smoker and he just had to open the door and stand in the walkway to have a cigarette. Will certainly go back.

Great access to pleasure island
Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff at reception were friendly if a little slow. Didn't use the facilities however could see that they were good.
