The shuttle service from the airport was first rate. Made the call to the hotel and they was there in just a short time. Check in and check out went smoothly. Over-all a very good hotel.

The hotel was clean and the rooms are spacious. We truly enjoyed the staff..very friendly and accomodating. The best breakfast choices I have seen in a long time. I would recommend this to anyone.

A quality hotel in a great location in Tampa, with access to the airport, shopping, and dining. A great place to stay for either business or leisure travel. The management of the hotel also is to be commended for their positive attitude and their assistance to rapidly solve some minor problems.

This is an outstanding hotel everything was great and the staff was accommodating and responsive. The room was excellent in everyway, very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous -- huge and delicious. The happy hour was an unexpected surprise with free drinks and snacks nightly. The room, the pool, exercise room, and entire hotel were all very clean and well-kept up. We're definitely going back there again next year!

Remember Embassy Suites offers complimentary breakfast and a Manager's Reception with free drinks between 5:30 and 7:30. We opted to eat at the hotel for dinner and the food was excellent. We had guests from another hotel dine with us and they tried to switch hotels and stay at the Embassy Suites.
