The hotel is well situated and close to the tram which has connections to the rail station and airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful and will use English if necessary. The buffet breakfast is reasonable and was free for June but we didnt realise until after we had eaten. The adjacent Opera building is under major reconstruction (it was back in August when we stayed last) and can be a bit noisy from early morning. We left our baggage for collection later and this was no problem but it was not put in a secure room.” 19/06/2009
