Description


Hotel Kanzler is situated less than two kilometres from several of Bonn's museums, and 200 metres from the nearest metro station. This four-floor hotel features 150 air-conditioned guestrooms, all of which include satellite television with pay movies, direct-dial phones with voicemail, wireless Internet, minibars and safes. There are also separate seating areas with sofabeds, kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves and cookware dishes, and private bathrooms with bathrobes and hairdryers.
After a breakfast guests can relax with a coffee in the hotel lobby and ask multilingual staff on the 24-hour front desk about the grocery shopping, laundry and dry- cleaning services. The hotel has a wellness and fitness area where guests can unwind in the sauna or work up a sweat in the gym. Business guests benefit from conference room and wireless Internet facilities and those arriving by car will find garage parking available for around EUR8 per day. The Da Dante restaurant has colourful, contemporary furnishings and a relaxed, informal atmosphere and serves Italian and German cuisine for lunch and dinner daily. Directions

The hotel can arrange transport to/from the airport (surcharge) and taxis are readily available outside Terminals 1 and 2. Airport shuttles are available to/from Bonn every 15 minutes during the week, and every 30 minutes at the weekend. Underground trains run from Bonn main station to 'Museum Konig' station which is 200 metres from the hotel.
When driving from the airport, take the A59 until the Autobahndreieck Bonn Beuel Ost. Turn onto the A562 and head for Bonn Zentrum. Follow this road to the end and turn right at the exit in the direction of Zentrum. Keep left and head for Cologne (Koln). Keep right before the Reuter Bridge into the Kaiserstrasse, passing the Paralympisches Komitee and turn right into the Buschestrasse. The entrance to the hotel garage is on the right.

A good place for living in Bonn

DERAG HOTEL AND LIVING Hotel Kanzler is a good choice for living in Bonn, Germany. It's close to the beautiful Rhine rive by walking about 2-3 minutes, close to the urban station (Museum Koenig)by walking about 1-2 minutes, and close to downtown Bonn. The accommodation facilities are all really nice. Sauna, GYM and hallway are all well designed and decorated. Their breakfast is good and tasty. Overall, this is a good place for trip to Bonn.
