Description


Location. The Best Western Premier Park Consul is located 300 meters from the River Rhine in Cologne, Germany. The Cologne Cable Car is located two kilometers away, while the central city district is positioned four kilometers from the hotel.
Hotel Features. On-site dining is available at the Le Bistro, a bistro-style eatery that serves an international menu. Function rooms accommodate up to 220 guests, and a business center offers complimentary Internet access and fax, photocopy, binding and laminating services. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas of the hotel. Leisure time may be passed reading complimentary weekday newspapers or browsing books and periodicals borrowed from the hotel's small library. Recreational amenities include use of a fitness room, a sauna and a solarium. The front desk is attended 24 hours a day, and reception staff offer babysitting referrals and concierge services.     Ok but not as good as it may appear to be

    Staff were helpful, but facilities were not so good. You either have to pay a stupid amout for their wireless connection, or wait in line for their *free* "business centre". The telephones are dodgy (kept cutting you off, even between room and reception). The rooms were clean, however, the cleanliness of the cups in the rooms left something to be desired.

    Good hotel with very friendly staff, restaurant food actually very good.

    Back again

    10th visit here on business - polite and effecient staff - even if checking in at 1am and out at noon - 10 mins and 25Euros by taxi from Cologne airport - close to the city... great
