Friendly efficient business hotel

Many good points. Offers most of the services anyone could need, but at a price. There is not always space at all but the most expensive in-hotel eateries - but there are loads of good restaurants within a short taxi ride. And beware - the pool is very refreshing.

Great Location

This hotel is very central to everything. We had a great room overlooking the Rhein river. The Christmas markets were right across the street.

Fabulous hotel and location

Fab hotel and location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be no coffee/tea or kettle in the room. In house breakfast is expensive and cafe doesn't open until 10 o'clock but we found a bakery across the road for an early coffee and pastry.
