The Madison Hotel Hamburg is located in a contemporary building with a glass-fronted lobby in the centre of the city of Hamburg. The 166 apartments over six floors have light pastel decor, stylish furnishings including desks, fully equipped kitchenettes and balconies. All are equipped with Internet connections (surcharge), cable television, direct-dial multi-line phones with voicemail and VCRs. Other amenities include air conditioning, coffee and tea makers and complimentary newspapers. Bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers and makeup mirrors are also all provided.
Public areas area air-conditioned and complimentary newspaper are available in the lobby. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer currency exchange and tour assistance. Guests (from 12 years on) can enjoy the fitness and spa facilities of the Meridian Spa (located in the same building) for a discount. There is a business centre and four meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 115 people and audio-visual equipment is available. Marleys Restaurant features Mediterranean style decor and serves international cuisine with inspiration from California while Charleys Bar has a lounge bar style and red decor. Hamburg's harbour is one kilometre from the hotel and the lively nightlife of the Reeperbahn is two kilometres away. Hamburg's main railway station is three kilometres from the hotel and Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel Airport is 14 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.

Airport Express runs bus services to the nearby Ohlsdorf U-Bahn/S-Bahn station every ten minutes and to Hamburg central station (three kilometres from the hotel) non- stop in 30 minutes every 20 minutes from Terminals 1 and 4.

very happy

stayed for just 1 night on business, the staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was great. My flight was at 9pm that night and as usual I had to check out before 12. It was a shame that I hd to get changed in the toilet during the day (some hotels have a special room to allow you to freshen up) but otherwise the were very good.

Very good indeed

I was shocked at how big the rooms were for the price, this hotel is very worthy of it's 4 stars! A lovely place to stay in Hamburg.
