Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and attractive. Very large room. Only complaint was that the bed was very hard. Perfect for our needs and at a great price.

this hotel was in agreat location to pick up people at ORD. The front staff was excellent both times we stayed there - friendly and knowledgeable.
