Lovely clean hotel in the heart of chicago, half a block off the magnificent mile. Great location for dining, shopping and touring as well as convenient for public transport to tourist locations. 10 minute walk to Navy pier.

Lovely re modelling job on this hotel. We had stayed when it was Fitzpatricks. Great location, just off Michigan Avenue. A down side is that the lifts are slow and one of the two lifts was frequently out of use. Waiting for a lift is a bit tedious. The room service menu is poor we just wanted a sandwich but it was not available. The food in the restaurant is expensive though there is a lovely athmosphere there.

"Fantastic hotel in a great location"by V from Dublin
This hotel is great, location imposible to be better. The experience of being there was very pleasent. Service was excelent, attention to detail, staff were very helpful and friendly. Gym very good as well, terraza bar has great views,not the best cocktails in chicago tough. Restaurant surprisenly good, really good food&service with competitive prices.
