Firstly when we arrived we were told that our booking was cancelled because we had arrived a day late. However we had called the hotel the previous day and was told that would be fine. Secondly the receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we asked her for a name of good take away places, she said she simply didnt know. Thirdly breakfast is supposed to be served until 9am. However they do not refill the one canister of coffee and at 8am we were told they had 'run out' of coffee and it was the same the next day. Overall, not very impressed

When I first checked in to the hotel I thought it was going to be nice. The people were very polite and there was no hassel with getting my room. When we opened the door to the room it was a whole diffent story. The first thing that hit us was the disgusting smell of urine. The next was all the unfinished work in the restroom. There was no cover on the light, and there was rust. The next morning I went to the continental breakfast and the machine was out of juice and there wasn't much to call breakfast so I went out and bought something. The next morning they were painting the floors outside the room (we didn't know this) so when my friend walked outside to get stuff from the car his shoes ended up pink. When we started packing up and searching to make sure we didn't leave anything, my companion found a baby diaper under his bed. This was my first time hotel experiance as a young adult with a friend and a very dissapointing one at that.
