If you are staying at this hotel it is worth getting the train into town. The CTA blue line, is only located a couple of blocks away and this will take you to downtown Chicago in about 50 mins. I'd recommend a visit to Millenium Park- the Cloudgate is amazing!

I have stayed at many hotels, and this is probably the best one by far. My husband and I were in Chicago for pleasure and finding a good hotel is difficult. We were very pleased with the staff, cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. Thanks to all who put the effort into making this a VERY pleasurable trip for us.

Staff was courteous, but the air conditioning and toilet did not work well. We alerted the staff that our door key sensor was not sensing the key card and it was not repaired during our stay. We were in a high traffic area and we constantly heard doors slamming at all hours.

Our son attended the Wizard World Convention at the Donald E Stevens Convention Center in Rosemont. The Doubletree is attached via skywalk to the convention center, so it was very handy for him to be able to come and go as he pleased. Our room was clean and quiet, we loved the spacious shower. We are looking forward to next years stay at the Doubletree for the convention.

I would choose this hotel again. My room was available before 3, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful.

My stay was great the room was large, clean and the bed was amazing. As for restaurants I enjoyed both of them and the steakhouse had a nice bar area. I attended a conference and the hotel was in prefect walking distance to the convention center which was very convenient for early mornings.

We were very comfortable - the room was nice. My only issue was we wanted to have a night cap in the lounge however it was so crowded it made drinking our spirits quite uncomfortable.
