Superb location - within walking distance of shops and car rental to get to the retail outlet. I found the staff to be most helpful and pleasant. Coffee shop located in foyer - excellent. Bar is small but stays open till 2am. Rooms spacious and spotless.

I wanted a central hotel. The hotel was just of the Mile, staff helpful gave me a quiet room. I don't think it would have been loud anyway. breakfast available next door. Good value. Loved Chicago.

We found the Inn of Chicago to be very comfortable, even with 4 adults to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and were happy to assist us with any question we had especially seeing it was our 1st visit to Chicago. Location is great being only about 75 yards from Michigan Ave.

This hotel is well placed at the heart of where everything is happening. Staff were wonderful, service great. But the 'executive' rooms were rather small, especially if one is paying more for it. My trip was spoiled by not having a microwave in the studio room to even heat my food, especially when the hotel doesn't provide food either and I was staying for a week. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Booked last minute, got good rates for 4 days, & double for last day!! Hotel perfectly situated for Magnificent Mile, Trams, buses, & walking sortes. Reception small, but well manned & functional. Concierge, very helpfull. Coffe bar good for light snacks & hot beverages. Hotel bar small, but very friendly. Elevators very quick. Room was not as described, or as shown in advert photos. Bathroom small, but functional. Glad we upgraded to kingsize room, even then was quite small, but cozy!! Television was old, & picture was poor. I would stay again, but would look for other hotels nearby for pricing etc. before I booked.

"Great Location"by B from Ireland
Great location for viewing all tourist attractions and right beside the Magnificent Mile where there are loads of shops! There are a number of good restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. The loop is just 10 minutes away where you have Macys and Bloomingdales. A touristic bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotels concierge was also very helpful.
