Good Location would definitely revisit

The hotel is in a good location, just off one end of the Magnificent Mile - all the shops you could want. Within walking distance of the river and boat trips and the Millennium park and Arts Museum. Two restaurants and a cafe in the hotel, with excellent food at reasonable prices. Good bars & the Seneca offers a range of Martinis.

Great value and A Great Location

Having read a few mediocre reviews for this place, I wasnt expecting much. The fact that I got the room on the cheap didn't do much for my expectations either. But I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. Fantastic location right beside John Hancock, a massive mall with designer shops and Michican Avenue. The rooms were well equipped with filter coffee making facilities and vere very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar/ resturaunt is great. I'd stay there again if I went back.

Ideal Location and good value

Location for this hotel was perfect - right next door to the John Hancock Centre and just off the Mag Mile so also perfect for shopping. I welcomed the small kitchen in my double room as it enabled me to get my own breakfast each morning. Also enjoyed the small spa in the bath tub - perfect way to chill after a day of sight seeing...!!! I would definitely consider this hotel again when I return to Chicago.
