Good location, 1 block from michigan avenue. Typical business class hotel really.

The location of the hotel is great, just off Magnificent Mile so close to all shopping. Bedrooms large and very comfortable and clean. Corner Bakery across road for breakfast and plenty of restaurants close by.

My wife and I arrived for a one night stay prior to flying from O'Hare the following day. From the beginning we made very welcome by the staff and we were very happy with our room which was modern, spacious and clean. It was also nice to have tea and coffee facilities provided in the room as not all hotels we have stayed in do this. Noisy neighbours turning up later were spoiling our enjoyment so we asked to move rooms. In this respect, the hotel staff, in particular the concierge on duty, could not have been more helpful and accommodating to us, finding us an alternative, quieter room for our stay without any fuss. The location of the hotel was also perfect with excellent restaurants nearby. We will be regular visitors to Chicago in the future and intend to make this our preferred hotel for the next visit due to this positive experience.

Unbeatable location for central Chicago visit.Some siren noise from hotel opposite.Expensive internet and in-room fridge charges.Overall a very nice hotel.

Valet parking charges are $44.00 per night. I found that the charges were not made obvious at check-in and have complained to the hotel - awaiting response at this time. Also doubt that a room upgrade costing $7.00 plus taxes is worth it. Maid service rather slow. Otherwise, happy with service

Concierge service here very impressive. Nothing too much trouble. This hotel is very well placed for chicago sights.

The gym is very well equipped, the rooms excellent and the pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna a nice little extra.
