This hotel is much cheaper than the downtown hotels, and if you don't mind the "commute" it only takes 40 minutes to get downtown on the blue line from the airport.

if you want to go downtown a lot - choose somewhere else to stay, the train downtown is painfully slow.

We left a charger cord plugged into the wall and called to have it sent. I was to get a call from them as to where it is and never got a phone call. or the charger back.

Use the Longhorn next door to the hotel. Bar and restaurant. It gets busy but the food and service is excellent.

If you remember to place your "Sleeping" sign back in your room before leaving for the day, you will always come back to clean comfort. If you place your card (in the room) on your bed/beds, you will always come back to clean, fresh sheets. If you leave all used towels in the tub, you will always receive fresh ones.

Excelent location if you go to the convention center and I recommend the longhorn steakhouse beside the hotel and also other restaurants walk distance

Received very good service at this hotel. Arrived early morning on a red eye and the hotel let us check in early. When we left, our flight didn't leave until late evening, so we wanted to go into Chicago. The "El" was under construction, so the hotel-airport shuttle took us to the nearest El station. The front desk staff even let me use his cell phone to call my husband when I didn't have my cell on me! Reasonable rates, close to Target and restaurants, and clean rooms with Sleep Number beds.

Rooms were somewhat small but neat. "Sleep number" beds were little more than airmatresses.
