The Rosemont CTA station is an easy walk, just two blocks away from the Sofitel, where you can take the Blue Line directly into downtown. If you would rather not walk, the front desk told me that the shuttle is available to drop guests off at the CTA station as well.

A good all round hotel with friendly staff and a good restaurant, patisserie and swimming pool complex. Not much plane noise.

Don't miss the chance to go to Medieval Times in Schaumburg while staying in Chicago. It is well worth the price upgrade to the Royalty ticket.

We stayed for one night at the end of a month's travelling. We could not fault the hotel in any respect and would happily stay there again for a longer stay. With the CTA so near it would make a good centre for visiting downtown.

The hotel is classy and the room is comfortable. Nice small amenities, gym is 24 hours, good service. It's a good hotel, situated near other nice hotels which means there are a few good places to eat within walking distance.

The hotel shuttle will pick you up and take you the 2 blocks to the nearest El station every 7 minutes. The El can it you almost anywhere for a good price.

TV's Too small... You can carry them in one hand... no Flat screens. No Microwave... No Kitchen Area... No Trash Bags... ( Maybe because they want you to order everything via room service hot and maybe they feel as if people dont want trash bags in their rooms. they could at least fold some up and put them in a drawer so you have the option.) If you dont use valet parking the walk from the lot to the room is a hump. If you have a baby to carry you will get a nice work out. Internet is not complimentary, so you have to pay for that... The people that work at the hotel are nice and bend over backwards to accommodate, they make up the difference... but the rooms are way to small and poorly equiped( TV/Stereo) for the money that you pay.

This Hotel is in a great location palcing it close to the O'Hare Airport. A shuttle runs every 1/2 hour
