The Westin's shuttle goes to & from the airport day & night at no charge. And when the show shuttle failed to come by and get us to the convention center, the hotel shuttle driver volunteered to make multiple runs, again at no charge. Now that's what I call service.

The hotel clerk upgraded me at no charge. My floor had a beautiful scent and peaceful ambience. The bed was so comfortable. Hot tub was great; sitting outside reading was nice. Room service was timely and food was pretty tasty. Can't say enough about this hotel. It was a great, great stay!

Though it's in the middle of suburbia, it's close to the CTA El Train and gets you downtown in 40 minutes and the free shuttle takes you right to O'Hare airport in about 10 minutes.

It is within walking distance to the public transit system to get downtown and not far from the airport but probably more convenient to stay downtown if that is where you are heading anyway. It is a long ride on the blueline and was cramped.

The Westin Ohare is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable. Great service, good food, comfortable room. What more could one ask for?

buy a $5 one-day pass and ride the CTA everywhere....just a short walk form hotel to Blue Line....

Quiet, comfortable hotel with easy access to public transportation and a reasonable price (for Chicago). Hard to beat!
