Make sure you talk to the front desk about parking, don't let them add the charge to your room bill unless they have already validated your ticket or else you will be paying twice.

The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the food at the hotel restaurant (especially the breakfast buffet) was quite good.

While the overall hotel and room experience was very good. the service at dinner was slow due to only one person on staff. Also, an item was left behind in our room which was not recovered. The staff did not seem to even understand my question when I called.

If my room was any closer to interstate highway I'd be in bed with the driver. Sound proofing for truck noise and nearby O'Hare Airport jets is very poor. Rooms very tired. There is a reason why it was relatively inexpensive

Beyond the lobby, this hotel is very worn out. The hallways and tiny elevators are battered; half of the elevators were out of order. The room furniture and carpet were in good condition, but the bathroom floor and countertop were dirty when I arrived. The staff was generally pleasant, including the engineer who stopped the persistent water dripping in my room.

The outside swimming pool was great, the people nice and efficient. To be recommended.
