Good Location

To get the best out of local attractions use the hop on hop off buses. We visited the gaol and the National Gallery and appreciated the running commentary from the lovely bus driver.

Great Hotel

I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. It was clean and excellent service. The breakfast was ample and had a great selection. The staff were friendly and willing to assist at all times. It was in a great location for walking about the city.

Great Dublin Location

Guinness Storehouse well worth the walk. Gravity Bar at the top has wonderful views of the whole of Dublin. Get there as it opens and you will avoid the tours and have a bit more time to linger over that pint of famous porter!!

Great Hotel in Dublin

We got a Dublin Pass (ordered online)for each family member before the trip. This gave us easy access to many of the popular tourist attractions during our stay.

Brilliant!

We had heard that the service provided at the hotel by staff was not that good. However, this was not the case during our trip. Hotel was fantastic, staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were really comfy. Situated in a great place nearby all shops and tourist attractions. Tour bus stop is right outside the hotel. We would definitely go back and stay here again!!

Beyond my expectations

This was my first time at a Best Western. Im used to higher end hotels. So I went in with reasonable expectations and was blown away. The hotel has just been renovated, which means clean carpets, and most importantly clean bathrooms. I am extremely picky when it comes to bathrooms and this more than met my standards. The bathrooms are white too so you can see everything. No bathtub, which I considered a major advantage because the bathroom seemed bigger and its much nicer with showers. The shower heads gave great pressure and they have bottles of body wash instead of the nasty bars of soap in the shower and sink for washing hands. The beds were very comfortable, and they dont have the nasty top comforter that all hotels have. Its a nice cover thing that is changed everyday. Oh yea, and last but not least, flat screen TV in the room! Of course, the location speaks for itself, O'Connell Street, the hub center of everything in Dublin. One of the best trips of my life.
