    The staff on the desk were lovely, but the man serving breakfast was a tad on the grumpy side and not english speaking. We arrived at the end of May and the pool still had not been cleaned and as this was the main reason I picked this hotel we were disappointed. Also the guide said it was only 500m into Frascati, but what it didn't say was that it was all up hill and at the top of the hill the was a million steps!!
