Description


The Carlyle Brera in Milan is a deluxe hotel located in the renowned Brera District of the city. This central location is just ten minutes walk from La Scala, Duomo Square and Milan's main shopping district. Public transport is within easy reach and the hotel is just a short distance from the Moscova metro station.

The hotel is actually a modern facility, circa 1991, that was nonetheless given a complete renovation in 1998, with the contributions of Italian artists and designers. The Carlyle Brera combines the finest tradition of Italian hospitality with a series of innovative, original services, including complimentary usage of a fine, Riciclo bicycle.

At the Carlyle Brera, Milan, the guestrooms are all beautifully finished and they feature natural wood furnishings and fittings. Hotel perfect

This hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, loking very swish. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and imaginative, nice to have twin beds- these are difficult to find and as four girls travelling together we did not want to share a double bed- the pillow menu was great and worked! the hotel is well positioned a stones throw from the metro which is two stops from central station and five stops from the duomo - breakfast was great - awide choice. We has a wonderful time and have already recommended it to some friends.

Good value and location

This hotel is conveniently located - about a 15 min walk to the heart of Milan. The hotel area itself is very nice. Room was spatious and well equiped for its price range. Would stay here again if in Milan again.

"Fab hotel"

Cant recommend this hotel enough! Location, comfort, style, level of service and price were all excellent. I stayed here end January 2009 with five other girls on my 40th birthday and felt safe both in the hotel and in the Brera area. Would not hesitate to go back!!!!!
