The Best Western Hotel Plaza in Naples is located only two kilometers from Capodichino Airport, in the historical center of Naples. Hotel itself was fine and in close proximity to the airport which was our main reason for chosing the plaza, however the area was not nice and didn't feel safe leaving the hotel.

Close to the station

Good location in terms of close to station and bus to airport, but it's a bit far to most of the sights in Naples. Good solida hotel with helpful staff.

Pleasant surprise

As a stopover to the island of Ischia, we were prepared to put up with an average 3 stars hotel but it turned out to be very much above our expectation. Room was clean and comfortable. Services were satisfactory. The best is the free wi-fi even in your room.

Good Hotel

Nice quality hotel, nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean rooms, great bathroom, the air conditioning worked excellently. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed, but the receptionist suggested a restaurant locally and even offered to organise to get food brought in from the restaurant and provided as room service.

Great location for travelling through or around Naples

The hotel was very modern and clean. It is just a few blocks from the central train station in Naples and was very convenient for our travel plans.

Travelled with small child

Hotel was clean and neat, room was small but comfortable, staff was very friendly, location was very short walk to train station. very good value for money
